Summary:

The guy at the next table just bit the big one and his cell phone won’t stop ringing. When Jean answers his phone, her fateful act dials her deeply into the dead man’s mysterious business and his eccentric family – not to mention trips to the afterlife and the black market. This imaginative and dark-edged new comedy is the captivating odyssey of a woman forced to confront her assumptions about morality, redemption and the need to connect in a technology-obsessed world. (Mature themes and some strong language.)

 CHARACTER BREAKDOWN:

Jean (25-35): is quirky, curious and bookish. Pretty but in a quiet way. She does not stand out in a crowd. She is a Holocaust museum worker.
